We aim to despatch all orders within 14 days of receipt.
Orders within the UK are despatched with a tracked service that aims to deliver within 48 hours.

All orders are carefully packaged and sent via a fully tracked and insured carrier.
Royal Mail is the preferred courier, although once outside of the UK carrier partners are used to complete the delivery.

For orders within the UK each item has a flat postage rate of £12.
Orders for Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man have a flat postage rate of £20 per item.
Delivery outside of the UK and Channel Islands carries a flat postage rate of £60 per item.
All orders are fully insured and tracked.
Please note that delivery to some countries will incur additional import taxes. Additional duties should be checked before making a purchase.
Jarnie cannot take any responsibility for the additional charges and these must be met by the customer.

If your item hasn’t arrived, the tracking number will be used to trace where in the system the item is. If this cannot be found, or the order is lost, please contact Jarnie.
For items delivered damaged, please contact Jarnie straight away. Items will be replaced or refunded once photographs are provided and the item has been returned.

Returns can be made to Jarnie within 14 days of receipt. All shipping costs must be met by the customer using a fully tracked and insured courier. A tracking number must be provided.
Refunds can only be actioned once the ordered item has been received in the same condition that it was despatched unless a reported issue has already been discussed with Jarnie.
